PROMOTER

The 'Win an Iconic Levi’s® Product Promotion' ("Promotion") is conducted by LEVI STRAUSS (AUSTRALIA) PTY LTD (“Promoter” or “us or we“) ABN 67 000 607 965, 4/52 York Street, South Melbourne, VIC 3205, Australia. Ph: (03) 9864 0501.

PROMOTION PERIOD

The Promotion commences 12:01AM (AEST) 04/05/2022 and closes 11:59PM (AEST) 10/05/2022 (“Promotion Period”).

ELIGIBILITY

Entry is only open to residents of Australia who:

  1. are at least 18 years or older at the time of entry or has their parent or guardian’s consent; and
  2. are not involved in:
  1. the conduct of the Promotion, including any person who determines who is to win a prize in the Promotion; or
  2. the management of the Promoter; and
  1. are not an immediate family member (spouse, parent, sibling or child) of a person described in (b) above,
("Eligible Entrants").

ENTRY INSTRUCTIONS

To enter the Promotion, Eligible Entrants must complete the following steps during the Promotion Period:

  1. Scan the QR code available in-store or click on the link available via direct email or on Levi’s® online store www.levis.com.au to access the entry form or access the entry form via https://cloud.em.levis.com.au/iconicdailygiveaway and
  2. Subscribe to Levi’s® online mailing list to receive marketing and promotional news about the Levi’s® brand and Levi’s® products or update your existing subscriber details by completing the entry form. Each Entry Form must be submitted within the Promotion Period.and answer the question "In 25 words or less, what do you think makes Levi's an Iconic brand?"

Eligible Entrants must remain subscribed to Levi’s® online newsletters on the Draw Date. Eligible Entrants are not required to purchase any Levi® products to enter the Promotion. No entry fee is charged to enter the Promotion.
Reward for Entry

All Eligible Entrants who have successfully submitted their entries will receive an online voucher code which entitles the Eligible Entrants to 10% off the next online purchase made by the Eligible Entrants, subject to the following conditions:

  1. Online voucher code is valid for one-time use at levis.com.au on full priced Levi’s® products only.
  2. Eligible Entrants must enter the voucher code and the same registered subscriber email address at checkout before payment.
  3. Eligible Entrants must remain subscribed to Levi’s® online newsletters at point of redemption.

NO. OF ENTRIES PERMITTED

One entry per person.

PRIZE

A total of seven (7) winners winners will be selected based on the Judging Criteria ("Winners"). Each Winner will win one Levi’s® product of their choice under the Iconic collection up to the value of A$159.95 based on recommended retail price (the "Prizes"). The total value of the Prizes will not exceed A$1,119.65.

The Winners must select their choice of Levi’s® products (under the Iconic Collection) from www.levis.com.au ("Levis Online Store") only products from www.levis.com.au (“Levi’s® Online Store”) only. Prizes cannot be redeemed through Levi’s® brick & mortar stores. 

Prizes are not transferable, exchangeable or redeemable for cash.

JUDGING CRITERIA & WINNER NOTIFICATION

. Each Eligible Entrants are only eligible to win one (1) Prize. Eligible Entrants who have not won a Prize will be included in the pool of Eligible Entrants for selection of the subsequent's daily winner. Each entry will be judged based on its creativity, originality and literary merit, and relevance to the Promotion.The winners will be judged and selected by a panel established by the Promoter.

The Promoter will publish the full name of each Winner (unless a Winner requests otherwise) by contacting customercare@levi.com by the end of the Promotion Period) by 11:59pm (AEST) on 13th May 2022:

  1. online via the Promoter's website available at www.levis.com.au; and
  2. Eligible Entrants will receive a winners announcement email notification to the email address provided by the Eligible Entrants on the entry form.

Each Winner will be notified by email to the email address provided by the Winner on the entry form by 13th Nay 2022 ("Winner Notification Date"). The Promoter accepts no liability if a winner fails to receive notices due to spam, junk mail or other security settings or if a winner has provided incorrect or otherwise non-functioning contact information.

HOW TO CLAIM A PRIZE

Each Winner must:

  1. within ten (10) days of receiving email notification, send a reply email to the Promoter with the Winner’s full name and delivery address and indicating the Winner’s acceptance of the Prize; and
  2. within two (2) month of acceptance of the Prize, claim their Prize by:
  1. visiting the Levi’s® online store www.levis.com.au (“Levi’s® Online Store”);
  2. selecting one Levi’s® product of their choice and size from the Iconic collection on the Levi’s® Online Store (private URL to be provided with selection of eligible products) with a recommended retail price of up to A$159.95. Winners are not entitled to use the Prize in conjunction with any discount or offer; and
  1. emailing the Promoter using the email address provided in the notification email of their choice of products and sizes. The Promotor will arrange delivery of the Winner’s choice of products to the Winner’s designated delivery address.

Winners shall have no right to claim for the difference between the value of the selected product and A$159.95.

UNCLAIMED PRIZES

If a Winner is uncontactable or fails to claim or redeem their Prize within two (2) months from the Winner Notification Date, the relevant Winner will be taken to have forfeited the Prize and a new Winner for the unclaimed Prize will be determined from among the remaining Eligible Entrants by the Promoter by [15th]. The new Winner will be notified within two (2) business days of being determined.

RESOLVING DISPUTES

Complaints regarding the Promotion may be submitted by email to customerservice.lsanz@levi.com.

If there is a dispute concerning the complaint, the decision of the Promoter is final and binding and no further correspondence will be entered into.

OTHER TERMS

  1. The Promotor reserves the right to verify the validity of entries and to disqualify any entry or refuse to award the Prize where false or misleading details have been given by you, or you have behaved in a fraudulent or dishonest manner or in breach of any of these Promotion Terms. Any entry not complying with these Promotion terms is invalid. Errors and omissions may be accepted at the Promoter's discretion.
  2. As a condition of claiming a Prize, you consent to:
    a) your name and/or photograph being used for the Promotor’s promotional purposes and agree to make yourself reasonably available for this purpose; and 
    b) the publication of your name and address in accordance with these Promotion Terms.
  3. All personal information you provide us in connection with the Promotion will be used and disclosed for the purpose of running the Promotion, and otherwise in accordance with the Promotor’s privacy policy (available here). If you win a Prize, we may need to disclose your personal information to third parties involved with providing and delivering the Prize to you. If you do not provide your personal information, you may be ineligible to enter or claim a Prize in the Promotion.  Acceptance of a Prize constitutes permission for the Promoter and its agencies to use winner’s name, image, and entry for purposes of advertising and trade without further compensation, unless prohibited by law.
  4. The Promoter and its related entities, employees and agencies shall not be liable for any loss (including, without limitation, indirect, special or consequential loss or loss of profits), expense, damage, personal injury or death which is suffered or sustained (whether or not arising from any person's negligence or wilful misconduct) arising directly or indirectly out of or in connection with the Promotion.
  5. The Promotor is not liable for any failure (for whatever reason) to record an entry into the Promotion. The Promoter will not be responsible for any late, lost or misdirected entries, including but not limited to entries received due to technical problems.  Records of the Promoter and its agencies are final and conclusive as to the time of receipt of an entry.
  6. Failure by the Promoter to enforce any of its rights at any stage does not constitute a waiver of these rights.
  7. If for any reason the Promotion is not capable of running as planned (including, but not limited to infection by computer virus, bugs, unauthorised intervention, fraud, technical failures or any other causes beyond the control of the Promoter which corrupt or affect the administration, security, fairness, integrity or proper conduct of the Promotion), the Promoter may, subject to the approval of all relevant regulatory authorities, take any action that may be available including cancelling, terminating, modifying or suspending the Promotion.
  8. Except where prohibited by law, these Promotion Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Victoria, Australia.  Any action, suit, or case arising out of, or in connection with, the Promotion or these Promotion Terms must be brought in either the federal or state courts located in Victoria, Australia.
