How do I redeem a promo code?

Once you have selected the items for your order, click on the shopping bag icon and start the checkout process. On this page, you will see a field stated PROMO CODE. Enter the code exactly as it appears (codes are case-sensitive and may include special characters), then click APPLY. If you missed the promo code box during checkout, click on the shopping bag icon to return to your shopping bag where you will be able to enter your promo code. You can only use one promotion code at a time, and you can’t apply a promotion code after you've submitted your order.

Can I enjoy the same promotions and gift with purchase in store?

Online promotions are only applicable for online purchases. Promotions and gifts that are featured on our online platform may vary from in-store promotions.

Can I cancel or edit my order?

ORDER CANCELLATIONS
We regret it is not possible to cancel an order once it has been placed, it will need to be shipped and returned for a refund.

CANCELLED ORDERS
Occasionally, whole or parts of an order are cancelled by our system for various reasons, some of which are:

  • Item not available.
  • Difficultly in processing your payment information.
  • Cannot ship to address provided.
  • Duplicate order was placed.

In case of cancellation, our Customer Care team will contact you. If they cannot reach you, you will receive a notice regarding your order via email which will explain the reason for the cancellation. You will not be billed for any cancelled items.

CHANGES TO YOUR ORDER
After you have clicked 'Submit Order', processing of your order will begin and we are no longer able to edit your order. If any item was incorrectly ordered, you will need to wait for your order to arrive, and return the products in accordance to the following Return Instructions and Return Policy.

We regret it is not possible to cancel an order once it has been placed, it will need to be shipped and returned for a refund.

When will my order start processing?

Orders begin processing as soon as your online purchase is complete. Your order will be shipped once the item(s) is located, payment is approved, and the shipping address is verified. As soon as your order is shipped, you will be notified by email. Please note that business days are Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays. After your order leaves our warehouse, delivery times vary according to the location of your shipping address.

Why can’t I add an item to my shopping cart?

If you are unable to add an item to your shopping cart, that means the item you selected is currently out of stock. Please continue to check back for updated availability if you are still interested in purchasing the item. You can also use the Levi’s® Store Locator to give your nearest Levi's® store a call.

How do I know if my Levi’s® jeans or products are authentic?

We want to protect the integrity of our amazing brand, so Levi Strauss & Co. is committed to enforcing its trademark and property rights in order to prevent the sale of counterfeit products bearing its trademark or designs. However, we're aware of counterfeit Levi's® products in the marketplace. In order to avoid purchasing a counterfeit item, we recommend that you purchase your jeans from Levi.com.au or from one of our authorized Levi's® retailers.

Characteristics of counterfeit products will vary on a case-by-case basis, but there are two trademarks of genuine Levi's® jeans:

  1. The Tab Device trademark on the back-right pocket
  2. The Arcuate Stitching Design trademark (or "double arcs") on the back pockets

Can I exchange my products?

Please note that product exchange is not available. If you would like to purchase a variant of the same product, you may place a new order and return the existing order within 30 days of delivery.

Why did my order get canceled?

Occasionally, all or part of an order may be canceled. Order cancellation usually occurs because of one of the following reasons:

  1. Out of stock items
  2. Problems with processing payment information
  3. Problems with a shipping address
  4. Duplicate orders


If your order is canceled, you'll receive an email explaining the details. If you have made any payment, payment will be refunded to the original mode of payment .

What should I do if I received the wrong or defect product(s)?
