What is your return policy?

ONLINE RETURNS POLICY

If you're not satisfied with your purchase, returning an item is easy using our flat rate post option.

We offer refund only. Should you require a different, size or colour, you will need to re-purchase.

Please note that returned items must be received within 30 days of the shipping confirmation date, and that items must be in their original condition, where the item is unworn, unwashed and has all tags attached. Final sales, promotional items or opened packaged items may be non-refundable. Levi's® reserves the right to deny refund if the item does not meet its Return Policy guidelines.

We guarantee our merchandise to be free of manufacturing defects. If you receive a damaged or defective item, or your item proves to be defective in workmanship or materials even after 30 days with normal wear (excluding stains), please contact our Customer Care Team who will accept the item for assessment and provide a refund if validated as faulty.

ITEM DAMAGED DURING SHIPMENT

If you received an item which is damaged upon arrival, please contact our Customer Care team immediately. You have the right to a full refund on all shipments that arrive damaged provided you inform us within one week of receiving the package. To return an item, please follow the Return Instructions. Once the item is received, we will assess and validate. If approved, we will refund the purchase price and shipping fee of the damaged item.

REFUNDS

Refunds will be made to the same form of payment originally used for the purchase within 7-10 working days. Please note that refund payment times are dictated by the issuing bank and are outside our control. Please consult your bank for more information. If an item is returned that does not comply with our Returns Policy, we will not approve and process the refund. We reserve the right to not return an item which does not comply with our Returns Policy. Please contact our Customer Care team to enquire about the validity of your return if you are unsure.

How do I return a levis.com.au online order?

  1. If you have an Account, please log into your account with your user name and password
  2. Navigate to "online Orders" in the drop down menu
  3. From the list of orders, please select the order you wish to return
  4. Note the order "status" must be "delivered" for it to be possible to return any items on the order.
  5. Select the "View Details" button
  6. This will show you the entire order and you can now selet the "Return" button to follow the prompts to return all or individual items on the order for a refund.
  7. Note: the cost of postage of the return is deducted from the refund amount when it is issued to your payment provider.

If you do not have an Account:

  1. Navigate to the TRACK ORDER link in either the header, footer or mobile menu
  2. Enter your Order Number and EITHER the email or the mobile number used to place the order.

How do I receive refunds?

How do I Prepare my return?

Fill in your return form
Using your Shipping Notification email or the Packing Slip enclosed with your order, clearly mark the item/s that are being returned and add your name on the paperwork.

Create a return with Australia Post
Visit our returns portal, enter your details, pay for shipping, and submit your return. Once submitted, you will be emailed your unique QR code and shipping label. Please note: You will need the email address used to place your order and your order ID (e.g. AUS123456789 or ANZ001234)) Initiate Return
3.
Pack and Post
Ensure your Return Form is enclosed. Print your shipping label at home or take your packaged return and QR code to your nearest Australia Post Collect & Return location (they will print the shipping label for you). Choose to drop your return at any Post Office or Australia Post street posting box. Please note: If using recycled packaging. Please remove old labels.
