Can You Return Sale Items or Not?

Some sale items can be returned, but not all of them. Anything marked as final sale or part of certain promotions may not be eligible for a refund.

If the item is returnable, it must be unworn, unwashed and sent back within 30 days in its original condition. Levi’s® offers refunds only, so if you need another size or colour, you’ll need to place a new order.
